Come and enjoy high activity challenges in an energetic environment on the beach and in the pool. Our training includes personal survival, rescue skills, water safety, plus regular resistance and endurance swim training. You set your own goals for your desired fitness level. |

Sea Swimming is on Wednesday and Friday mornings, 7:15 to 8:00 with our friends from the Sea Swim Fitness Club. Focus is on survival swimming and long distance training for triathlons. Pool Training is on most Fridays at 20:00h in Newhaven. We focus on survival skills training and lifesaving. Our mentor, the Free Lifesaving Society, provides us with free training materials to practice locally. Everyone is encouraged to learn and develop valuable skills based on their personal best in fitness, knowledge, leadership, and teamwork. We swim in clothes for fun and fitness
You can adjust the resistance by layering clothes. It also protects you from injury or sunburn, and keeps you warm. Give it a try sometime. It is terrific fun. You'll be amazed. If you don't have some of the gear needed, let us know and we may be able to lend you some survival swimming kit.
